Our mission at Happy Culture Habits is to help build healthy stress reducing habits, incorporate them into day-to-day lives. Pause, breath, switch, resume - this is our formula. We educate through practice to achieve immediate relaxation results, to cope with stress, anxiety and depression using your own body. This essential toolbox for happy, energized and productive work-home-life. The method is based on a long-lasting tradition of kundalini yoga, breathing and moving meditations. This technology is so powerful that it produces the results within minutes, not hours or days and it stays with every participant.   

Our goal is to help Companies to retain talent and not to lose valuable employees due to overwhelm and stress. Happy employees produce strong results. Good decisions are made after a thorough analysis of data, however the best decisions are made by a relaxed mind that reconciles all the given information and uncovers possibilities that have been unseen before. 

Our Method is designed for an office environment, where no special equipment is necessary besides chairs and is open for everyone. The session aims to relax the body through moving meditation that is inspired by kundalini yoga technology and a breathing meditation. All classes are between 30-45 minutes long.
